Shipping Policy

Please read carefully about our shipping policy to prevent any disaccord between us. 

• All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days as ordered. 
• All shipping time will fall within 3-5 business days. 
• We don't ship internationally for now, but within the United States only
• Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more.

CURESIP uses third-party shipping carriers, and all orders will be shipped to your address. In case of any damage or shipment loss, you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier. Sometimes, we may ask for signatures for deliveries. 

CURESIP is unable to guarantee any particular delivery date in advance and is not responsible for any delays out of our control. Like, the shipment might be delayed because of the volume of our orders. We would ask in advance to, please, allow additional days for transit delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately to solve the current problem.

You may return or exchange a product purchased from us if the product has a somewhat defect or for any good reason within 30 days. In case the return or exchange is due to an incorrect order or faulty product, CURESIP will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with that return. In all other cases, the purchaser will be responsible for the return. CURESIP will only accept returns or exchanges of purchased products that comply with the process detailed in our Return Policy.

N.B., we advise

 you to always double-check your shipping address to avoid any unwanted delays. If the shipping address submitted on the order is incorrect, for that reason the package returns to us, an additional charge may be applied for re-sending the package. If the order is returned to us, because it's no longer wanted, please be informed that we will refund the order minus the shipping cost.

If you see the need to ask us for additional attention to your package, we will be happy to help. For example, if you want us to leave the package at a special location, send us your specific note on time.
