Return and Refund Policy

RETURN

We are making a sufficient effort for 100% satisfaction of our customers, and we want them to love our products as much as we do!

We will accept returns on products bought from us for up to 30 days after receipt. Please email us at support@curesip.com to initiate the return. You will be provided with the address for the return shipment. Please remember to include the order number and reason for your return.

You may return any new or unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping, tariff, and customs or other non-product costs. Your returned product must be accompanied by a proof of receipt of purchase for each product.

Once we receive your returned product, a credit via the original method of payment will be processed within up to 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us for assistance. 

What is not returnable?

1- Orders without an order number or proof of purchase.

2- Orders that are outside of the 30-day return policy period.

REFUND

We back up the quality of our products and we strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed for a full 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please write a brief note of your dissatisfaction with the product to support@curesip.com. We will be happy to assist you till the end.
